Meet the speakers at Tekla User Day Denmark 2026

Tekla User Day Denmark 2026 brings together Tekla users, technical specialists, customer speakers and industry partners for a full day focused on practical workflows, project experience and useful product knowledge.

This year’s programme includes presentations from MT Højgaard, Per Aarsleff A/S and COWI, with project-based examples of how Tekla is used across tendering, design, fabrication, construction and planning. You will also hear from Trimble, LearnGrasshopper and the Construsoft team, covering product updates, extensions, automation and practical tips for working more efficiently in Tekla.

The speakers

MT Højgaard

Peter Langkilde, Discipline Manager VDC at MT Højgaard, will share how Tekla is used as a central part of the company’s VDC process.

His presentation will look at how MT Højgaard adapts Tekla to support different phases of a project lifecycle, from tender and detailed design through to fabrication, construction and planning. The focus is on how the software is applied in practice to meet project needs across disciplines and delivery stages.

This session gives insight into how one of Denmark’s major contractors works with digital construction processes and Tekla-based workflows in a broad project context.

Per Aarsleff A/S

From Per Aarsleff A/S, Anders From Gotfredsen and Linda J. Casares Medin will present their work with digital reinforcement.

Their session will cover how Aarsleff works with practice, scope and responsibilities in reinforcement workflows, and how digital processes are used to support quality, flow and better alignment between design and production.

The presentation will draw on experience from projects including Mindet and ARoS, with a practical look at how structured digital reinforcement work can support coordination and execution in complex construction projects.

COWI

Henrik Kristian Svendsen from COWI will present the Oxberg Rail Bridge project, focusing on smart steel workflows in Tekla Structures.

The session will explore how COWI developed BIM workflows for standardized steel plate production and the handling of complex geometry. Topics include the translation of architectural intent into manufacturable geometry using Grasshopper, Tekla workflows for steel plate modelling, data control and drawing production, and the use of custom components, attributes and template-based part marks.

Henrik will also share key learnings from the project, including where manual steps remain and where there is further potential for optimization.

Our partners

Guest speakers from Trimble will join the programme to share updates and perspectives from the Tekla product side.

The agenda includes a session on what is new in Tekla Structures, as well as a broader presentation from Trimble on innovation within Tekla and the construction industry. These sessions are a good opportunity to hear directly from the vendor about current developments, product direction and relevant functionality for Tekla users.

Krzysztof Wojslaw from LearnGrasshopper.com will give a session on drawing creation and how drawings in Tekla can be automated with Grasshopper.

The presentation will introduce how Grasshopper can support drawing automation and help streamline repetitive work in Tekla workflows. As automation becomes more relevant in model-based delivery, this session will give attendees a practical look at how visual programming can be used together with Tekla.

The Construsoft Team

And of course, our own Construsoft team will contribute with several practical sessions during the day, including an overview of extensions and plugins, Trimble Connect Planner, and an interactive Tekla tips and tricks session.

These presentations are designed to be directly useful for everyday Tekla users, with a focus on tools, workflows and methods that can help improve efficiency and confidence in project work.

The event is also a good opportunity to meet the technical staff many users already know from support, training and project discussions.

Join us in Copenhagen
