In collaboration with the industry, the summer interns wanted to develop the Tekla user interface and workflow with automation that offers a more intuitive and seamless use of wood/timber materials and typical timber components!

Summer means vacation for many of us. But we can’t leave the office empty, so we’ve hired Hannah and Anders to keep it busy! They will focus an important topic: Improving the BIM workflow for TIMBER structures!

BuildingPoint Scandinavia visited Artelia (“MOE A/S” at the time) and the design team in UN17 Village project which won the Regional Tekla BIM Awards 2022. See the short video where Peter Mortensen, Corporate Technical Director BIM talks about the project.

The combination of Tekla, parametric design and Open BIM was the winning formula for the design of the residential project UN 17 Village and it also brought Artelia (at the time: MOE A/S) in Denmark to the top in the Tekla BIM Awards regional competition in 2022!

Every two years, the Tekla BIM Awards competition is arranged to promote successful projects carried out in Tekla. The regional winners have been announced!
